For this week’s blog task, I watched ‘Empathy in UX Design; by Cory Larson. I made a sketchnote whilst watching the video, and wrote down the key takeaways from the talk:

In my opinion, empathy is the most important element in an interactive product, because it involves user experiences, feelings and thoughts. Without empathy or compassions (understanding of user experiences), the product will be hard to use, or even create more painful experience for the users. In my future work, I will be always questioning myself about the empathy, in order to create better user experiences.
